Hidden gem near the Trevi

Waking up to the aroma of fresh pastries was a delightful surprise. The staff treated us like family, making our stay feel extra special!

While everything else was perfect, the room felt a bit cramped. A little more space would have made a huge difference.

The experience was highlighted by a brilliant location near key attractions and charming local cafes. The air conditioning provided a much-needed relief during a hot spell, and the staff was consistently lovely and accommodating. However, the rooms felt somewhat dated and there were occasional maintenance issues that needed attention. We also found the noise level could be disruptive at times, especially from the street below. Still, the cleanliness of our room was commendable and the overall ambiance felt authentically Italian.

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel! The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore all the must-see spots in Rome with our teenage kids. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on where to eat and what to see. After checkout, it was so convenient to leave our bags there while we did some last-minute sightseeing.

Location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything! Walking to the Trevi Fountain and attractions took no time at all. The room had good space for our needs, and the bedding felt clean and cozy. Staff offered useful tips to navigate the area, which made our trip smoother. However, the air conditioning didn't work well, which was uncomfortable during hot days. Communication with management was tricky. they were slow to respond to our concerns about the AC and didn't resolve it during our stay. If you don't mind some inconveniences, this hotel is great for exploring the city.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, just a short walk from major attractions, which is a huge plus. Although the rooms are quite small and could use some TLC, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and comfortable air conditioning. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay. they truly care about guests!

The location was truly outstanding, being just a few minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff offered wonderful assistance throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and at home. The air conditioning was also superb, providing much-needed relief after a long day of sightseeing. Upgrading the Wi-Fi connection would definitely enhance the overall experience.

The heating was impossible to control, making the room too hot. I had to open the windows and deal with the noise outside. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't close properly, which was very inconvenient and frustrating during my stay.
